To ensure the highest quality of care, all patients are expected to follow the clinical and administrative workflows provided by EduMed. - Scope of Responsibility
EduMed is responsible for the delivery of medical services insofar as patients adhere to agreed-upon policies and procedures. - Travel Arrangements
Patients are responsible for securing their own visas and air travel. Should you wish to arrange these through EduMed, such services are offered subject to availability and in compliance with the regulations of the relevant countries. - Financial Policy
All financial arrangements, including service fees and payment schedules, will be customized on a case-by-case basis according to the patient’s specific medical and logistical requirements. - Compliance with Local Laws
During your stay, you are required to respect all local laws and regulations. EduMed assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from a patient’s failure to comply with said laws.
- Client Cooperation
To facilitate the delivery of high-quality educational placement services, the Student agrees to adhere to all administrative protocols and workflows established by EduMed. - Scope of Services
EduMed is responsible for providing educational advisory and placement services to the best of its ability. Our obligations are contingent upon the Student’s adherence to all agreed-upon policies, procedures, and timely provision of required documentation. - Travel and Logistics
The Student is solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas and arranging international travel. EduMed may, upon request and subject to availability, assist with these arrangements as a supplementary service. Any such assistance will be provided in accordance with the regulations of the relevant destination countries. - Financial Agreement
All service fees and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate, customized agreement. This agreement will be based on the Student’s specific educational objectives and logistical needs, and it will govern all financial commitments between the parties. - Compliance with Laws
The Student is required to comply with all applicable local, national, and institutional laws, rules, and regulations throughout the duration of their program. EduMed assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the Student’s failure to adhere to such legal and regulatory requirements. - Educational Placement
EduMed is committed to identifying suitable educational opportunities for the Student. We will exercise due diligence in advising on institutional options; however, the ultimate responsibility for verifying the accreditation and suitability of any educational institution rests with the Student.
